Scams have been on the rise and we would like to help you stay informed on individuals who could have been fraudulently representing Tuas Power as HR personnel, sales representatives and account servicing agents.

Our representation and communication standards
While we work with selected partners, all authorised representatives of Tuas Power adhere to strict communication standards and will not:
  • Request sensitive personal or financial information through unofficial channels
  • Conduct transactions or provide an offer without a formal verification
  • Use personal email accounts or generic messaging platforms that is not authorised to engage on behalf of the company.
