Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Paperless Invoice Campaign 2014 (the “Campaign”).
The Campaign is open only to selected Tuas Power Supply (TPS) Customers. Customers refer to Companies who have an existing account with TPS and are eligible for participation in the Campaign.
The eligibility to participate in the Campaign shall be determined by TPS at its sole and absolute discretion. The decision of TPS on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive including without limitation, the eligibility of any Customer, the bases and methods of determination of eligibility of any Customer.
By participating in the Campaign, the Customer had chosen to opt out of the hard copy invoices and will be using their electronic invoice (e-invoice) for future payments.
Participation in the Campaign requires eligible Customers to apply for the Campaign by opting for Paperless invoice. All Customers who qualify to participate in the Campaign shall be notified by TPS. Customers may apply via TPS CusCare Portal to activate their Paperless invoice request.
Successful application will receive a one-time S$30 rebate off their monthly invoice and the $30 rebate will be credited to the Customer’s monthly invoice at a monthly amount to be decided solely by TPS totaling to the said amount of S$30. The rebate is strictly applicable for a one time sign up per electricity account and limited only to Customers who are eligible for the Campaign. The one-time S$30 rebate is on a first come first served basis. The rebate/ balance from the rebate can only be used for invoice deduction and cannot be applicable for exchange or refundable in cash.
The one-time S$30 rebate is not applicable for Customers who reinstate for hard copy invoice after opting into the Campaign.
For the avoidance of doubt, the decision of TPS on awarding rebate to the Customer’s monthly invoice shall be final, binding and conclusive for all the Customers.
Customers are required to have an active account with TPS, a CusCare account and an active e-mail account at the point of registration.
Customers will receive an E-mail notification when their monthly invoice is ready for viewing and payment online at TPS CusCare portal. TPS shall cease sending of hard copy of the invoice to Customers by post upon successful application for Paperless invoice Campaign.
Whilst Paperless invoice is in activation, the Customer may request the TPS to send a hard copy of the invoice by post, subject to a charge of SGD$2.14 (7% GST included) for each invoice dispatched until contract period ends, Terms and Conditions are subject to change by TPS from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion.
TPS reserves the rights to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the Campaign anytime without giving any particular reason by prior notification to the Customer.
TPS shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any claims, costs, expenses, losses or damages suffered by any person as a result of the aforementioned matters.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of Singapore and the participants in the Campaign irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Singapore.
