  1. By providing Tuas Power Supply (“TPS”) with the registration data about the participant and all other information, the participant agrees and consents that TPS and its business partner* may use the information and that the participant has given TPS consent to the collection, usage, storage, disclosure and processing of information about the participant for the purpose of the Facebook Live conducted by TPS and its business partner*. By participating in this said Facebook Live, the participant is deemed to have consented to receiving communications and information from TPS and its business partner* from time to time.
    *Please note that the registration data may be sent directly to TPS’ business partner. I agree that TPS may disclose my personal data to its business partners for the above-mentioned purposes.
  2. It is deemed that the participant attending the Facebook Live have consented to being featured in photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records for the purpose of promotion by TPS or for any legitimate purpose, including any commercial and marketing uses, and/or to be updated onto TPS’ public sites and channels. Participants can choose to inform TPS via email at cuscare@tuaspower.com.sg if they do not wish for their photographs and any other media records at the TPS Facebook Liveto be published or if they wish to withdraw the consent to receiving any communications and information from TPS.
  3. TPS reserves the right to change, amend, or end the terms and conditions of this Facebook Live at any time without prior notice to you and without liability, including the right to change or cancel the promotions/prizes in such manner as we deem fit, change and vary the information at any time, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to the participants. The winner of the prizes will be solely determined by TPS and its business partner, and the decision shall be final, binding and conclusive.
  4. The promotion/prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. TPS may, in their sole discretion, substitute or cancel the promotion/prize, without prior notice to any person. TPS also reserves the right to modify the Terms and Condition from time to time, without prior notice to any person.
  5. Under no circumstances shall TPS be liable for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of the prize; and the prize shall only be collected as per informed by TPS.
  6. TPS shall also not be liable for any compensation and/or any reimbursement in cash or otherwise should the promotion/prize be rejected and/or damaged and/or lost and/or have lapsed.
  7. Participation in the Facebook Live shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereof.
